Roaster's tasting notes

medium body, light and clean brew with a very pleasant balance. Sweet and aromatic, citrus, mandarin, lime, plus peach dominate. Floral notes are also noticeable. Tea background. Everything is accompanied by pleasant, complex and very delicate acidity. The brew leaves a great and long aftertaste.
